Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Before You Sign Up
It is understood that purchasing a sponsorship will become a binding contract upon acceptance by TRALA, and incorporated into this contract are the following terms, conditions, rules and regulations. The individual purchasing sponsorship represents and warrants that he/she is authorized to execute a binding agreement on behalf of the company, and should they be removed from his or her position, the contracting organization is required to fulfill the obligations under this agreement.
Payment Policy

Payments for all Annual Meeting sponsorships must be paid in full by April 1, 2023. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Failure to pay the invoice within these terms may result in the loss of sponsorship.

TRALA reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion in acceptance or refusal of sponsorship purchases. If a sponsorship is not accepted by TRALA, all money paid will be returned to the applicant.

Booth Assignments

Sponsorship confirmation must be received and confirmed by TRALA before space is reserved. Priority for booth assignments is based on sponsorship level, completed registration and on a first-come/first-serve basis. Special consideration to booth placement of competing companies will be made but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellations must be made in writing to TRALA and are subject to the cancellation fees set herein.

No cancellations related to Annual Meeting sponsorships can be made without penalty (see conference cancellations below).

Full cancellation of conference sponsorships, without penalty is available until 1/31/2023. If sponsorship is canceled between 2/1/2023 and 2/15/2023, 50 percent of the total agreement is due to TRALA. If sponsorship is cancelled any time after 2/16/2023, full payment of the total agreement is due to TRALA and prior payments will not be refunded.

In the event the Annual Meeting is cancelled or transitioned to a virtual event, sponsorships can be deferred to the next annual meeting. By request, refunds can be available less sponsorship benefits already received and/or the direct cost of conference branded promotional items purchased.

All costs incurred on behalf of TRALA collecting past due sponsorship fees will be your responsibility. Any account referred to a collection attorney may be restricted from future TRALA sponsorship as determined by TRALA.

Certain items are required to be submitted to TRALA in order to fulfill our obligations under this contract. Should items not be submitted by the deadline, in the manner in which they are requested, TRALA will not be responsible for its inability to fulfill the obligations related to said deadline.
