The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) published a final rule in the Federal Register that enacts changes to a wide variety of trucking regulations effective October 1, 2013. The regulatory changes were part of the highway funding bill that was signed into law in 2012. FULL STORY

Mack Trucks has named Stephen Roy its new North American president, effective January 1, 2014. He will replace Kevin Flaherty who will retire after more than 40 years with the company. . .Bill Kreutinger, vice president of engineering has resigned from Waltco. Dave Sandor, previously operations manager, becomes sourcing manager and Don Scott, general manager, will assume responsibilities for all Tail Lift Operations and will add operations manager to his title. . .Mark Catlin, Channel Partner Sales Manager for J.J.
