The providers, Power Train, TransAxle and Valley Truck Parts, will rebuild the transmissions with 100% genuine Eaton components that meet all of the Eaton's reuse and rebuild requirements. . .Kenworth T270 and T370 medium duty models equipped with factory-installed, front drive axles are now available for order with the Hendrickson PRIMAXX® EX rear air suspension. . .Idealease, Inc. has announced the opening of a new facility in Kennesaw, GA which offers mobile maintenance and expanded service hours.

Cederoth. . .Orin Black, vice president, Dealer Operations and chief administrative officer for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America is retiring. . .Anthony Foxx was sworn in as the nation's 17th Secretary of Transportation by Judge Nathaniel Jones in a private ceremony at the U.S. Department of Transportation headquarters. . .John William Rollins Jr. passed away in his home in Santa Fe, N.M. on July 3, 2013. He was the long-time president and CEO of Rollins Truck Leasing Corp. until his retirement in 2001.

The U.S. Department of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has announced almost $1 million in new grants to help train veterans and military families for jobs in the transportation industry. The grants were awarded to six colleges across the country as part of the Commercial Motor Vehicle Operator Safety Training grant program.
