TRALA Welcomes Kayleigh Hall as Director of Government Relations

Alexandria, January 5, 2026 - The Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) announced it has hired Kayleigh Hall to become Director of Government Relations, effective January 1.
Kayleigh Hall is a government affairs professional with over ten years of experience in state policy and advocacy. She previously served as Chief of Staff to a member of the House of Delegates in the Virginia General Assembly, where she directed all daily operations and managed legislative and budget priorities.
Previously, she held roles as Assistant Vice President of State Government Affairs and Counsel at McGuireWoods Consulting LLC and McGuireWoods LLP, respectively, advising a diverse portfolio of clients on multistate legislative strategy, regulatory compliance, and communications strategies.
Kayleigh holds a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School, and a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Richmond.
