THERMO KING will transition to a lower global warming potential refrigerant called R-452A as standard in its truck and trailer units by mid-2022, with new units no longer using R-404A to reduce the carbon footprint of refrigerants used by its customers' long-haul, middle-mile and last-mile delivery fleets by nearly 50% or about 650,000 metric tons of CO2e annually, equivalent to the emissions of 143,000 passenger vehicles per year. . . NOREGON recently released an update to its remote diagnostic application, TripVision, that gives fleets the ability to create geofences, which are location-based tags that inform fleets when an asset has entered or exited a defined area. . .
