Daimler Trucks North America has appointed Eileen Frack to the position of general manager of human resources.  The appointment also makes Frack DTNA's first female Operating Committee member. . .Jerry Varghese is the new operations manager for Isuzu Finance of America.  He will be responsible for Floorplan management and off-lease marketing. . .Jecka Glassman will succeed Todd Bloom  as president and CEO for Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America on July 1.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is offering up to $100 million in grants to support and expand biofuel infrastructure. Under its Biofuels Infrastructure Partnership, the USDA will award competitive grants, matched by state and private contributions, to expand infrastructure for the distribution of higher blends of renewable fuel.FULL STORY
