Utah Governor Exempts Commercial Trucks From Travel Mandate

On April 10, 2020, Governor Gary Herbert (R) announced during one of his daily COVID-19 briefings that commercial vehicle operators are exempt from having to complete the out of state travel order questionnaire the governor announced earlier this week and which TRALA forwarded to its membership in the past few days. 

Utah Requires Travel Declaration Form

On April 9, 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Utah Governor Gary Herbert (R) issued an executive order which requires all individuals who are 18 years of age or older to fill out this travel declaration form before they can enter the state.
