TRALA is pleased to announce the launch of its first mobile application for the upcoming 2012 TRALA Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting app will allow attendees to have all the valuable meeting information at their finger tips. The mobile application not only includes information on the meeting such as the schedule, attendee list, exhibitors, floor plans and speaker bios and presentations, it also features search functions for activities and dining in Dana Point and the surrounding areas. The best part of the mobile application is it is free to download.

The mobile app is available for Blackberry, Android, iPhone and iPad users. It is simple to access, just type in the following address into your phone or iPad browser, www.tripbuilder.com/trala2012apps and it will automatically direct you to download. You can also search for TRALA in the Apple or Android app store. If you have any questions, please stop by the registration desk located in the Pacific Ballroom Promenade and a member of the TRALA staff can assist.

Due to extremely high interest and attendance of leasing company members, currently both TRALA’s room block and the St. Regis are at full capacity. We have currently contracted with The Surf and Sand Resort (www.surfandsandresort.com), a high quality resort only 10 minutes away for use as an overflow property. If you are still in need a reservation, please contact Leslie Hummel at lhummel@trala.org and she will assist you with your rooming needs. Transportation will be provided from Monday morning through Thursday evening for all guests that are not on-site at the St. Regis. All attendees are being put on a wait list with the St. Regis and if rooms become available, you will be contacted.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the meeting after you have already made your hotel reservations, please contact Leslie Hummel directly to cancel your reservations. Please note that the St. Regis Resort Monarch Beach has a 48-hour cancellation policy which means that you will be charged one night’s stay if you do not contact anyone within 48 hours of when you were expected to arrive on property.
