Four Seasons Aviara in Carlsbad, California, is the place and March 11-13 is the date for TRALA's 2009 Annual Meeting. Mark your calendar to convene with the leaders of the vehicle renting and leasing industry for what promises to be an outstanding gathering.
TRALA is offering advanced registration rates for the 2009 Annual Meeting. Register today to take advantage of these discounted rates. If you have not already done so, please call (760) 603-6888 right away to reserve your hotel accommodations and mention TRALA to receive the special negotiated rate.
The meeting will be packed with opportunities for interaction with industry colleagues and key decision-makers. Attend the conference and you will:

TRALA Members collectively purchase 40 percent of the new commercial vehicles registered in the U.S., so attending Thursday's Technology Fair is a must to see the latest industry innovations in products, services and technologies. Attendance is always high because there are no competing business sessions scheduled during this time and brunch will be served. If you wish to exhibit at the Tech Fair, please complete that portion of the online registration form to sign up for the space early.
ACTIVITIES
The Four Seasons Resort Aviara is nestled in a natural sanctuary on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The resort is the perfect haven set amidst a flourishing wildlife preserve, an award-winning Arnold Palmer designed golf course and a European-style spa facility with 25 private treatment rooms. Also on property are five restaurants, tennis, fitness center, game room, three pools and the renowned Four Seasons decor and service.
GOLF TOURNAMENT
If you are participating in TRALA’s golf tournament to be held on Thursday, March 13, please complete that portion of the registration form and include a $125 tax-deductible contribution for each player. These funds support TRALA’s Scholarship Program, which awards $5,000 scholarships, renewable up to four years, to deserving students whose parents work for TRALA member companies. For any one wishing to play golf anytime other than the tournament, please call (760) 603-6900 to reserve tee times.
WEATHER AND DRESS
Southern California's average high temperature in March is in the high 60s, dipping down into the mid-50's in the evening. Attire for all of TRALA meetings is resort casual and spouses/guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the day's activities. Tuesday's Board of Directors reception and dinner and Thursday's reception and dinner are cocktail attire.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Four Seasons Resort Aviara is 45 minutes from San Diego International Airport and 60 minutes from Orange County Airport. The hotel can arrange transportation for you from the airport.
